Otherwise the exterior condition is good except for some minor scrapes and dings.There are two large patches on the off door side of this unit. All glass is in good shape. All the tires are brand new. The walls, ceiling and closets have the natural birch wood in good shape, some stains but solid. The living room, bathroom and bedroom have the original birch wood shelving. Solid throughout except one square foot area in bedroom is soft. Carpet with vinyl in kitchen area.
