Spartan trailercoaches for sale

VIN # 445AG1447. Purchased 4-17-56. Has original furniture, drapes and appliances except furnace which was replaced with a natural gas furnace. Interior and furniture is in excellent shape. Exterior is not polished but in good shape. Original tires. Owned by one family until we purchased it in late 2002. Originally purchased in Iowa and moved to Nebraska where it stayed for a number of years. It was then moved back to Spirit Lake area of Iowa and then to Nevada Iowa where it had been skirted and blocked. No one has lived in it for the last 20 years. Have original requisition order, owners manual, one page sales brochure and other manuals and literature. We put air in the tires and moved it about 80 miles to our farm near Knoxville with no problems. We plan to put the trailer on our pond for a retreat this spring if we don't sell it.
