info: These are hard to find collector trailers. It belongs to my dad and he is was asking $5,000 for it but he dropped the price to $3,700. It is ready to live in and tow ready. He and I completly refinished the inside a few years back. Restained and revarnished the walls and cabianets. Its a 2 bedroom with 1 bath with origional tolet, sink, tub and bathroom wall heater. Hot water has been replaced with new 10 gallon tank. Bathroom shower area needs little work due to water damage from leaky shower head. Has been reinsulated and electricaly rewired. Its a very solid trailer. Has built in bunk beds in the middle bedroom and and an electric furnice that uses origional floor ducts and vents troughout trailer. Also has two AC window units that go with it. Origional stove top is seperate from the origional built in oven. Both work with propane. Also has microwave oven and refridgerator. No broken windows, they all open and close tight with no leaks.
