This is a 1958 Spartan Imperial Mansion Manufactured by Spartan Aircraft Co. in their Tulsa, Oklahoma facility. My family has owned this trailer since 1995 and has been in active use until recently. The unit features a full curve front window and sloped front wall. Axles and tire size have been upgraded to modern standards. Capable of high speed road transport in current condition. The interior has been heavily modified from original configuration. There is a front bedroom, Living room, bathroom, and rear bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with bunk beds. The unit has been prepped for a washer and dryer. Heating and Air conditioning are residential style central air. Its equipped with a 2 and 5/16 ball hitch and can be towed with a 3/4 ton pickup easily. Systems were all functioning at time of last hookup; however certain areas of the trailer need work. Trailer is being sold "AS IS".
