EXTERIOR-------The hitch, jack, wheels, tires are new. LED marker lights and tail lights have been installed. The trailer has electric brakes .
All 12 volt wiring has been replaced.
The locks work and I have keys.

INTERIOR------New 5/8in. bamboo flooring throughout.( real wood, not laminate)
All electric plugs and switches have been replaced. New breaker box and 20 ft. power cord. New water heater, microwave and refrigerator. Original Preway propane cooktop in like-new condition.  Two new propane tanks.
New 13,500 BTU AC unit with heat strip.
All plumbing has been replaced with pex supply lines and new waste lines. New RV toilet with porcelain bowl.
This trailer has a full bath, with a tub/shower combo. Both kitchen, bathroom sinks, and fixtures are new.
We also added a skylight in the back (bedroom room) area of the trailer.

Approximate weight is 6900 lbs with a hitch weight of 690 lbs.
The body of the trailer is 32ft. 6in. long
