Exterior-------The hitch, jack, wheels, tires are new. LED marker lights and tail lights have been installed. The trailer has electric brakes .
All 12 volt wiring has been replaced.

Interior-------New 5/8in. bamboo flooring throughout.( real wood, not laminate)
All electric plugs and switches have been replaced. New breaker box and 20 ft. power cord. New water heater, microwave and refrigerator.
New 13,500 BTU AC unit with heat strip.
All plumbing has been replaced. New RV toilet with porcelain bowl.
The trailer has a full bath, with shower stall. Both kitchen and bathroom sinks and faucets are new.

I also put in a skylight in the front (living room area)

Approximate weight is 6500 lbs with a hitch weight of 650 lbs.
The body of the trailer is 33 ft long.
