Exterior-------The hitch, jack, all four wheels and tires are new and the bearings have been repacked. The electric brakes, marker lights and tail lights have been rebuilt.
All 12 volt wiring has been replaced.

The trailer has an aluminum belly pan.
All three large windows in the front of the trailer have been replaced with new plexiglass, and seals.

Interior-------New 5/8in. bamboo flooring throughout.(Real wood, not laminate)
All electric plugs and switches have been replaced. New breaker box and 20 ft. power cord. New water heater.
New 13,500 BTU AC unit with heat strip.

ALL water lines and drain lines have been replaced. New RV toilet with porcelain bowl.
The trailer has a full bath, and shower fixtures are new. Kitchen sink and faucets are new.

Since space is a factor in all campers we take out the original propane stoves and add more outlets at counter level  for a modern compact cooking unit.

This trailer had a Dixie stove that appears to be in good shape and I am willing to give it to the new owner.

This trailer has a dinette, and the bed is 5ft x 7ft 2" with storage underneath.
Approximate weight of the trailer is 6500 lbs. The hitch weight is 650 lbs.
The body of the trailer is 33 ft long.
