Info:
Purchased in Red Bluff, California in 1997. I moved it to my elderly parents'
property so I could take care of them and still have some privacy. The
Spartan is a 2-bedroom and I used the small bedroom for an office. The
original gas range was in an unsafe condition, so I removed it and cooked
next door at my parents' house. The 8 x 40 ft. aluminum exterior is in
good condition. I had a licensed electrician check the wiring and install
new light fixtures. I also had the roof sealed and a new toilet installed.
Other than that, it is about the same as when I bought it - clean and
in good condition.
