Info:
I have a 1949 Spartan Royal mansion. fairly decent shape, very usable
as she is. 33 feet some minor dents in the body. Only 1 leak in the back
bedroom, that has since been fixed. All windows work. Newer tires and
wheels. Bearing don't heat up going down the road. She was my summer house
on lake property for a lot of years but had to be moved off due to new
County regulations. Fridge needs repair but I have a new-old one and haven't
replaced it but it comes with, if you want it. Bathroom has been mad bigger
and has a new vanity and a flush toilet, but no shower, plumbing is still
there though. Wired for 220 and 110 as we used a large Hot water tank.
