Info: 1957 Spartan Royal Manor, On East Coast!. 35' home has Spent time in Texas and was lived in full time in Rhode Island for most of it's life. I've been working on home for 2.5 years and just got complete. This home has a unique range that has a griddle built in. The Gas range has burners that put most current professional models to shame, very well built. Most all the birch paneling was sanded and varnished, closets in the hall were pretty fresh so I didn't do those. New toilet, sink and quality residential hardware for bathroom and kitchen sink. All the plumbing for fresh water has been replaced and any waste lines that even slightly needed work were also replaced. The floor are typical Spartan 3/4" tongue and groove plywood, on top is a cork floor for hall and living area, Marmoleum (?) in bath and a very good quality carpet. Shower surround has been completely redone, all the counters were also redone. Cork is very nice underfoot, warm, cushioning and green too! The furnace is a new one, designed for mobile homes ($3,000), would surely keep any one toasty warm. The hot water heater is new and adequate, certainly not 10 minute showers, but if you want you could replace with a bigger one. New tires, rims and wiring for lights, breakaway, 7 way electrical hitch and everthing is ready for inspection. Have older lights, parts, should you desire, put on led lights. There are some very nice touches on this home, new curtain rods, special window treatment. Please call with any questions.
