1959 Spartan imperial Mansion in great shape. This 8 x 42 classic has
no leaks or dents, the floor is solid throughout, all windows are intact
and functional. It comes with full skirting and full-length deck. We purchased
this gem two years ago when a nearby mobile home park was sold, put road-worthy
tires on it and pulled it to its current location. It has been lived-in
the short time wešve had it and has been well taken care of. From back
to front there is a bedroom, a bathroom, the kitchen/dining/living area,
and another bedroom or sitting room. An AC unit has been installed inthe
