Info:
Approximately 85% original. Interior cabinets and
paneling in good condition. Original stove, refrigerator and Coleman furnace
(with owners manuals) are in good working condition. Original bed and
furnishings in bed room in good condition. Dining table and hot water
heater have been replaced. Sofa and toliet have been removed. Two broken
windows. Electrical panel changed to breaker system and all but one light
fixture works. Exterior in good condition with few minor dents/scratches.
Clear title. Have owned since early 1980's and know previous owners.
