For Quick Sale) Yes, there are some soft spot in the floor Yes, there
has been a couple of leaks in the roof over the years. 90% of the interior
wood paneling is in great shape. The utilities all worked, until I discounted
them last week. This trailer was ½ covered for the last 40 years under
a roof. The roof was built over it to join the trailer to a lake front
cabin at the Lake of the Ozarks
