This is a 1950 Spartan Mansion, 33 ft long,tandem axel, and is in remarkably
good shape. Most everything is original. The stove, frig. sofa even the
twin beds with curved corner to fit the shape of the room. The electric
and plumbing are in good working order. The paneling and all wood work
looks real good.The original heater has been taken out. Two small side
windows have been cracked and are taped, need to be replaced. My father
bought this from the original owner, who pulled it from central Texas
to SW Oregon in the early 1950's with his Nash. We have a clear title.
I don't have any interior pictures, I took these when I was there several
months ago. I live in Nebraska. The trailer is located in Coquille, Oregon.
My sister is there and can show it.
