Spartan trailercoaches for sale

Info: 35 feet X 8 feet. All the electrical is in working order. The kitchen includes the propane stove, refrigerator and microwave. The hot water heater functions beautifully. In the living room is a double Hideabed which stays with the trailer. In the bedroom is a double bed which also stays with the trailer. The trailer is clean and spiffy. The only repair necessary is in the shower stall where a new hot/cold faucet is needed- very minor repair. The body is straight and has been taken well care of. All locks function on the doors. There is a ton of storage in this trailer. Because the trailer has been located in a resort since before we owned it, we have not trailed it. As you can see from one of the pictures, there is an awning attached to the side but this was put on by someone at the resort and is removable and not part of the trailer. We are HIGHLY motivated to sell our beautiful trailer and will consider all offers.
