8'x 35', 1 BRClear title, current Colorado plates. Tires OK for short
trips. Original birchwood interior, fair/good cond. Subfloor OK, needs
new floor covering. Plumbing/heater need replaced. Electric worked when
I bought it. A/C (from New Mexico) Windows operable, glass good, 1 window
needs new hardware. Nice big bathroom. Kitchen cabinetry rough. Exterior
skin has hail damage on rear, fair/good cond. overall. Watertight. Born
for the Baja
