Info:
The interior is in pretty good shape, has almost all the original fixtures,
counters, birch wood, mirrors, booth seating (no tears) with table, closets,
shelves, etc all in good condition. Original Dixie Wanderer stove and
Frigidaire refrigerator. Does not have original furnace, has one electric
heater. Has new hot water heater. Rewired and replumbed. All appliances,
fixtures appear to work. Previous owner added a bunch of outlets to the
bedroom and living room but these could be removed. Floor needs a covering,
is just plywood. It has two cracked windows for which we have the replacement
glass, and the rest of the windows are good. As far as the exterior, it
has been painted a couple of times, doors are missing handles, and the
back side rear has a dent. It has been kept under cover for the past 20
years, wheels and tires off ground. The tires are old, but inflatable,
we towed it a short distance, but not sure how far it could go on the
tires. Hitches are good. Ideal candidate for refurbishing. We do not have
