Info:
My wife's parents have been living in this unit since about 1958. The
inside is in unbelievable shape and the exterior is sound and in pretty
good condition. The last photo shows a small amount of water damage on
the ceiling of the bed room. The roof was repaired about 5 years ago and
does not leak now. All appliances are original except for the fridge and
the stove top. All of the appliances work.Unfortunately we do not have
a place to keep the trailer so we need to put it on the market. We need
to move the unit by March 2007.
