info: The trailer is in very-good to excellent condition. It has been under a roof for 20 years or more. All appliances appear to be original and work great (2 burners on the stove need work). Plumbing recently replaced. No holding tanks - requires hookups. Almost everything is original except for new tongue and groove ceiling in the bedroom and some sink and light fixtures. Floor replaced a few years back. Both doors work (including screen doors) and have keys(one door handle is partially broken but functional). All original glass is in tact with the exception of a new rear window and a crack in one of the front side windows. New 5 gallon water heater. No DC or LP gas systems. Have title - registration is not current. Aluminum is all very straight except for a repair that was done on the Aft end of the trailer when a tree branch fell on it partially crushing the very tail end of the roof and part of the back of the trailer. The ceiling was pounded straight and a new tongue and groove wood ceiling was installed (very nice). Trailer is towable but there are no rear tail lights and tires probably need to be replaced.
