1951 Royal Spartan Mansion  

This beautiful 33 ft Travel Trailer/Camper is in excellent condition and

has been skillfully restored.  It has been barn kept, except for the past 12 years.

The skin is in incredible shape, holding the original shine. Its does not have pits.

It has a few small scrapes and dings mainly on the underskirt,

as to be expected for a trailer of this age.

In the included pictures, it is covered in dust from the shop.

We will post more pictures soon, when we pull it out and wash the exterior.

It has a professionally installed, new Armstrong VCT flooring.

All new Pex plumbing has been installed.

All new wiring has been installed.

It has all new Birch paneling throughout the trailer.

New insulation is installed throughout the trailer and underneath.

All of the windows have new screens.

The front windows are brand new.

It has a 10 year old carrier rooftop AC unit, that is on its own 20 Amp electrical circuit.

It is plumbed for a hot water heater, having a separate 20 Amp circuit.

We will take off from the price of the trailer,

if the buyer pays for a new AC unit and a new hot water heater, as well as installation cost.

The original, General Motors refrigerator works well and has been repainted.  It has the original dinette and both single bedframes.

This trailer has been thoroughly restored from top to bottom, keeping it’s rare, vintage

originality in mind. She is ready to roll. It has new tires.
